the most typical post code in the UK and finds it in Bramley!

What does it say about Rotherham? Do you think it is correct?

The town often has a negative image in the media. Examples?

Why do you suppose they exist and are they right?

(We may be able to borrow a set of the books)

Wed                    Images of Rotherham  No2.                                                             Margaret

28th April              In the last 20 years Rotherham has converted many hundreds            01709 371542

of acres of industrial wasteland into country parks and nature

reserves, an achievement which seems to be unsung. Choose

one, find out what it was like, what has been done and what its

                           future looks like.

Dinnington. Wath and Manvers. Dearne Valley. The 700 acre

Waverley site. Silverwood.  Denaby.  Parkgate Canal.

               Rother Valley. Etc

How could the town build on all this and change its image?
